My goal is to help when emotional difficulties interfere with doing your best in what you've set out to do. I will work with you to get you back on track as you make changes and find new directions.

· I use various evidence-based psychotherapy practices to help you make the transformations or discover new options as you take new directions in your life. 

· As a licensed psychologist I can help you with one or more of the services explained on the Services page.

· My mission is to deliver effective psychotherapy and other psychological services for you under the highest level of confidentiality available.  

· I limit the size of my practice to provide you with exceptional service, availability, and responsiveness to your needs while we work together to set things on the right track.
